Description: Made from Turbiana, a native grape variety, this well-structured straw-yellow wine with greenish highlights is complex and flavourful, and complemented by almond aromas and mineral notes.
Soil: a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.

Vinification: white grapes, main fermentation by selected yeasts in temperature-controlled vats.
