Description: This well structured wine with a hint of fruit and a fresh and savoury taste, has been fermented in autoclave for 3 months
Soil: a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Yield per hectare: approx. 120 quintals
Vinification: white grapes, main fermentation by selected yeasts in temperature-controlled vats.
