Description: Made from Turbiana, a native grape variety, this well-structured wine is straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Complex and flavourful, it’s complemented by almond aromas and mineral notes.
Soil: a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Yield per hectare: approx. 120 quintals.
Vinification: white grapes, main fermentation by selected yeasts in temperature-controlled vats.
Notes: the Magnum bottle is 1.5 litres of wine bottled entirely by hand using traditional artisanal methods. It comes in an elegant case, making it a wonderful gift.
