Description: Straw yellow with greenish highlights, this fruity sparkling wine featuring fine, lingering bubbles, intense aromas, and notes of apple and citrus is made from Chardonnay grapes.
Soil: a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Yield per hectare: approx. 115 quintals.
Vinification: white grapes, main fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled vats.
